The ironic thing is that amidst this recession she has avoided getting a credit card and was trying to be fiscally responsible by paying for the laptop directly from her bank account. If she'd had a credit card the credit card company would have got involved in the whole mess. Ah, well. You live and learn. . . :) Thanks for your support, Diana!
