If you saw the following headline splashed across the front page of your local newspaper?
Well, that is exactly what was on the front page of my local newspaper’s recent edition, and I immediately assumed the worse. Was the water supply contaminated due to the floods we’ve had recently? Was there a new flu epidemic in the area? Were we about to be hit by an asteroid which would potentially wipe out all life on the planet?
I grabbed the paper and took a closer look. . .
It was an ad for a warehouse specializing in home decor. Sigh . . .
Wow, very misleading!
Well, it certainly caught my attention! But not in a good kind of way.
